Delete your Purrheaven account

Purrheaven is published by FOP Danylchenko Daniil Serhiyovich (Citrus). Last updated 2026-10-30.

Option 1: in the game

  1. Open Purrheaven and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Account / Reset Progress.
  3. Read the warning ("Delete account and reset progress?") and tap Confirm.
  4. When you see Progress deleted, close and reopen the game. It starts over as a new player.

Your device needs an internet connection for this. If it fails, the game shows "Couldn't delete your account" and nothing is deleted — try again when you are online.

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have the game installed, email support@citrus.gameswith the subject Delete my account and your Player ID (shown at the bottom of the in-game Settings screen). We delete the account and its cloud backup within 30 days and reply to confirm. Without a Player ID we cannot identify your account, because the game does not ask for your name or email.

What is deleted

  • Your game account (the anonymous sign-in record that identifies you to our backend).
  • The cloud backup of your game progress.
  • All game progress and settings saved on the device: lands, items, currencies, levels, cats, tutorial state and preferences.
  • Analytics events recorded on the device that could not be sent. Just before deleting, the game tries once to send the events it has not sent yet; those that go through are kept as described below.

What is kept

  • Gameplay analytics already sent to Google Analytics for Firebase under your old account, for up to 2 months, and our BigQuery copy of them, for up to 60 days. They are not linked to your name or email and are then deleted automatically.
  • Crash reports already sent to Firebase Crashlytics, kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically.
  • Attribution data already sent to AppsFlyer, kept for up to 24 months. Ad networks that received measurement data keep it under their own policies.
  • Support emails you sent us, kept for up to 2 years.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. Progress cannot be restored afterwards.
